Complete Shock

Today a friend of mine's brother shot himself twice in the throat with a pellet gun, and is now in surgery right now. Now a pellet gun isn't really that harmful in comparison to other guns, but the the fact that he shot himself in the throat is horrible (The fact that he shot himself in the first place is horrible itself). But the throat is surrounded in major arteries that if even nicked, you can bleed to death, not to mention the spinal cord. So please please please please please keep him in your prayers, seances, rituals, or pot smoking sessions. :(
